I’ve been seeing Derrick at Uthrive for years. He’s awesome! He always explains things thoroughly and clearly, does what he can to fix me on the spot, shows me the movements to help myself, and then sends a follow up so I don’t forget them. It’s usually one or two visits, and problem sorted (at least until I add another sport and cause myself another issue). Highly recommend!
Today was my first visit with Michael as Johnathan was unavailable. Great service as usual, with the same helpful results.
