We appreciated Uther + Sun's management of our property during our tenancy and would have given a 4-star review if not for the disappointing move-out experience with the new agent. We were required to pay over $700 for a move-out clean because we were vacating over the weekend, and the cleaners provided by U+S were unavailable on Sundays.
