Very unethical. What she told the parents and what she did with the teen were two very different things. Promised the parents one thing to their face and then underminded them in her time with the teen. Thankfully, out teen was honest with us about the sessions. I urge you to find someone else.

Ute is a genuinely kind-hearted person and a gifted therapist. She is professional, dedicated, and highly knowledgeable. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her.

After a couple of years of therapy elsewhere, I'm finally ready to write this review. In my opinion, Ute Krantz lacks professionalism and can cause more harm than good with her practices. She had a habit of checking her phone during sessions. She often shared what her daughter was up to and texting about. At first, I thought it was great that she would place her family before work. I’ve only had one session thus far but Ms. Ute seems to be someone who strives to help others. I felt heard and validated during our first session. I look forward to working with her.

My teen was struggling with her self esteem and other issues. She went from poor grades to A’s &B’s we saw an over all improvement in her mental health. Her self esteem improved and so did her grades! Ute has been a life saver for us. We highly recommend her.
