The doctor is great, but the person at the front desk was not very helpful at all. In fact, she seemed to be going out of her way to be unhelpful. When I left, the doctor had prescribed some medication and one was to help me sleep because of the severe pain in my back and hips, along with sinus issues and a bad cough. It was supposed to be overnighted. My husband was there also and his was regular, but he hasn't seen his either. Both pharmacies stated that they never received any prescriptions from this place. Been with UTC since 2005 and still a patient there to this day. There has been some ups and down regarding office staff but the doctors and some staff have always been genuinely concerned with my health and provided the best care possible for me. Working with the DOL is like working with @#$% dogs! So, I thank UTC for fighting for me and not putting up with the DOL harassments.
