The thing that questions me is that I get a text to my phone saying that utahdownpayment program is able to help people with a 580 score.... I spoke with the assistant Ailene and said my husband doesn't qualify because his transunion credit is 570 and experian is 614, equifax is 611. I asked if it's possible to combine with my daughter income and credit since hers is in the 700's but the only answer I got was that we don't qualify, please help me understand this.

We could not have purchased our first home without Steve's help!!
