I have to drive 100 miles round trip to revere to get a oxymeter meter to use over night to are if I Need to continue using oxygen at no I picked it up on a Friday night returned it on Saturday over a months ago nobody can find my results my doc had called they can’t find my results I call they say they will call Me back had nev happened mom 2 weeks I call Back they say we will Get back to you never happens avoid this bplace
If your try and make an appointment with any of the providers at this facility it is next to impossible. They have a horrible phone tree to go through and you if you choose the wrong option they can’t put you back into cue, you have to call the main number again and go back into the horrible phone tree. But this is what is to be expected with a company that cares more about money than taking care of patients and customers.
