I normally never leave reviews, but I have to. We went to a different hospital to get my son’s blood drawn two days ago, and had to get it drawn again today and decided to come to this hospital instead. They were absolutely amazing!!! Especially compared to the other place. Marlena (I think was her name) was so good up front and knew what she was talking about and doing. Amber, who drew his blood, did so well! The person who drew my blood was really great. However, the reception area didn't have a lot of privacy. At one point, I asked how long the results would take, and a man said pretty loudly across the desk about what blood draw I needed. I didn't want everyone to hear that information, so I'm glad there weren't a lot of people there (at 7am). Also, it would've just been more comfortable to have the option of having a female receptionist looking over the lab request.
