Because of where I am medically, I have a hard time trusting doctors and their staff. So when I feel like I’m being put off and lied to, it further solidifies my mistrust. I don’t know what was put on my notes, but the conversation I had with the one of the staff last week and the one I had with the PA in my follow-up were 2 very different conversations. I will not be coming back to your office, but I feel someone should know why.
I will be looking for a new clinic after the experience I have had over the past two weeks. The receptionist was extremely rude when I requested an appointment to be seen for blood clots. She told me that because I already had an appointment 6 months from now, that I would not be able to seen sooner and that I should check back with my primary care and that they would be able to help me as well as her office could.
