What a waste of time! They cancelled my husband’s surgery and didn’t even call to tell us. Didn’t even try to reach out. The morning he was scheduled to be seen we still hadn’t heard anything for preop, called, and were told “it looks like it was cancelled. You must’ve slipped through the cracks.” Are you kidding me? AND GET THIS. They cancelled it because “his insurance wouldn’t cover it” but they had his primary and secondary insurances SWAPPED. It would have been covered. Such a stupid mistake in their part. This complaint is not towards my doctor Dr.Mcwhorter , he is absolutely amazing he has helped with my issues that another urologist couldn’t in the 6years I’ve seen them. Dr Mcwhorter is definitely worth seeing. I give him over a 5 star he’s also wonderful and very kind. Today I was scheduled were with a nurse practitioner of the name Katrina. Because I was having some issues and my doctor was unable to get me in now I never see nurse practitioners for these reasons, but this nurse practitioner was beyond pathetic the medica... read more
I would never send anyone here. You will wait 30 plus minutes just to talk to someone. They sent me a PDF of instructions for my operation where every other page was upside down. They were clueless about the prequalifying insurance process. Leaving me in pain for weeks and had to find another Urologist. You have to chase them for any answers and they are cold and careless. So not go here.
