This complaint is not towards my doctor Dr.Mcwhorter , he is absolutely amazing he has helped with my issues that another urologist couldn’t in the 6years I’ve seen them. Dr Mcwhorter is definitely worth seeing. I give him over a 5 star he’s also wonderful and very kind. Today I was scheduled were with a nurse practitioner of the name Katrina. I would never send anyone here. You will wait 30 plus minutes just to talk to someone. They sent me a PDF of instructions for my operation where every other page was upside down. They were clueless about the prequalifying insurance process. Leaving me in pain for weeks and had to find another Urologist. You have to chase them for any answers and they are cold and careless. So not go here.

If you have urology needs STAY FAR AWAY. Especially if you're seeing KATRINA KUNZLER PA-C. You'll get pushed to the back burner/forgotten about repeatedly for MONTHS.
It's nearly impossible to get an appointment here. A few months ago my husband's doctor sent over a referral because he had two very large kidney stones and was passing a lot of blood. Four times his doctor sent a referral and every time I called trying to get an appointment I was told they didn't have the referral and therefore could not schedule an apointment.
