Called to get an appointment because I had not heard from them after my doctor referred me. They said it takes 3-5 weeks to process to even get an appointment. Right now they are scheduling into May so it looks like it will be 6 months before I get in to see a doctor. Unbelievable!
I would give 0 stars Ive suffered with heavy migraines mimicking seizures for over a decade and these clowns said it was just my depression. Nothing but gaslighting and money grubbing in my opinion youre a number and if it isnt green they aint interested. Ive told my friends unless Im in a body bag dont take me to this hospital PERIOD!
The first lady I spoke with after getting off of the elevator was pleasant, the medical assistant was nice, and the doctor was great!
The Utah Valley team is the best. They have the best equipment and people. I always feel like I get the best care money can buy.
Dr. Brown was very thorough and very personable.
