Took my daughter-in-law to her appointment today that we had to travel 2 hours for. Had no choice but to bring my 12 year old epileptic daughter to the appointment with us. The receptionist was very rude saying she couldn't sit in the waiting room and made us sit downstairs. There was no need for the receptionist to come out being rude basically attacking us verbally.
I’d give more stars if I could. I feel so taken care of at this office and feel like I’m in the best hands. I had my first appointment with Dr Lam today and he went through everything with such detail, but making everything easy to understand. Everyone in this office is so kind and awesome.
