Communication leaves much to be desired. The telephone tree puts you in an endless loop. Dr. Ford shows compassion and the one star does not reflect on him as a doctor. All other aspects of our interactions warrants the one star.
Dr Ford is a very good doctor. And a great sense of humor !!
Dr. Ford is the best. He is very knowledgeable. This has been the worst year for me. But he has kept on my case, from the beginning of all of my problems.I still have to do my weekly labs and hopefully this can all get behind me. But I will always appreciate all he has done to help me.
