We sold our home to Joe Homebuyer for cash in Salt Lake City. We had lots of obstacles to overcome with selling our home and didn't know where to begin. when we decided to sell our home, we knew we needed to go with an investor for the amount of work that our house needed. When we reached out, Jackson came over in person the same day looked at the house and made us a fair offer. We had a few hiccups and bumps along the way, but everything worked out in the end. So happy we worked with Joe Homebuyer they had great communication and worked with us on our closing date.
We were treated with great respect and Jackson and Mark went out of their way to help us with a few issues on our title. Jackson kept in touch with us even after we closed on the house, that was very nice of him. They were knowledgeable and very professional.
