Super disappointed in the experience I had with Utah property solutions. The staff was exhausting to work with and completely useless; Jason would finally step in right when I thought I was actually being punked - that's how bad it was. The amount the company keeps for repairs of your unit is disgusting as well. Utah Property Solutions website is misleading. They say with bad credit with a co-signer you can still be approved. DON'T BELIEVE IT. My family lost time, money and suffered frustration ($45.00 per applicant x 3, plus the co-signers have to pay, plus we paid a pet fee before being turned down.) None of this money is refundable. Rebecca M***** is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. I was guarantor on an application for a property they wanted to lease through this company. We had filled out numerous applications all at the cost of $45.00 and one application for a dog at the cost of $20.00.
