I have been doing business with Bryan for well over 15 years. He has done several inspections on homes I have personally purchased and has done probably 100 inspections for my buyer clients. When you hire an inspector you do so because you are looking for someone who will prepare you for a huge investment. We are not all contractors or experts so we want to make sure we know what we are getting in to. I trusted the inspection to tell me if there were any major areas of concern but unfortunately I was let down. Upon moving in to my home we discovered some plumbing issues. Bryan came and inspected a home I wanted to buy and was AWESOME- he was so detail oriented and found every tiny thing that needed to be looked at in the home. They even use an infrared camera for free with your inspection! Most companies will charge you extra or don't do it at all. Sooo glad I went with him.
