I would recommend UPA to anyone and everyone. I live in TN and needed a custom dog door put into my large glass backdoor. I thought the search was hopeless until I came upon UPA. I sent an email and a few days later the process began. It was great working them. They shipped the door from Utah to Tennessee with no problems and took care of communications with my contractor. The door looks amazing and my dog LOVES it!! Thank you so much UPA!!!

I have told many people over the past three years that adding our dog door changed our relationship with our dog in fantastic ways. Our boxer loves the freedom to come and go as she pleases. We have seen no impact on the heating and cooling around the door. Each time she come in or out you hear a soft “wump.” Now I recognize that each time I hear the “wump” it is another time I did not have to get up and go let the dog out. Also the guys at Utah Pet Access are great to work with. 100% recommend!!!
Easy to work with knew what we needed and was able to get the job done with super clean work
We had thought there were no appealing options to install a doggy door in our home. We did not even consider going through a French glass door. They came out to assess our needs and were very helpful, even measuring each of our dogs to determine the perfect door for our breeds. The project came together beautifully, we still have our great French door now with a stylish doggy door. Utah Pet Access did a great job.
