When I arrived for my 10 am appointment, I was told Dr Kimball was still in surgery and my appointment would probably be delayed for over 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!! They obviously knew well before because I was not the first one of the day. I was livid, they had plenty of time to call or text. Instead they regard others time as little value. IHC doesn't seem to do anything NEURO very well, not here, not in the ER, not anywhere. The one star is for Becky. She is the only one who I think really tried to help - but one person can only do so much.

I wish I could leave a 0 star rating… Dr Awad basically said to me to lose weight, that all my pain that I’ve been experiencing the past 5 and a half years is in my head and to go to physical therapy and get the epidural shots which aren’t even legal in the United States. Totally dismissed my pain, made me feel like a complete fool.
