Needed aeration done. Filled out an online information form on their website on Wednesday and by next day I had no response, so I contacted them. Set up appointment for Friday with Dan 9:30- 10:00 am. No show. Called Dan at 10:20 and left message. Dan contacted me @10:30, said he was running behind and he was on his way up. Asked if it was still good to do job, I said yes, fine. He showed up at 11:15 and spent the next 20 minutes on phone.
