I can’t say enough good things about Utah Lakes. I’ve been seeing Lili and it’s been super helpful. From the very beginning, she created a space that felt safe, compassionate, and judgment free. Teresa is awful. Do not go here if you have trauma, which is how they advertise- you will leave with more. She does not listen and blames you for your trauma. I think they delete the bad comments which is the only reason they have 5 stars. Even with a PTSD diagnosis, she refused offering EMDR.
