I can’t say enough good things about Utah Lakes. I’ve been seeing Lili and it’s been super helpful. From the very beginning, she created a space that felt safe, compassionate, and judgment free. Teresa is awful. Do not go here if you have trauma, which is how they advertise- you will leave with more. She does not listen and blames you for your trauma. I think they delete the bad comments which is the only reason they have 5 stars. Even with a PTSD diagnosis, she refused offering EMDR.
Quin is the best of the best! I've seen other therapists before I started with Quin and the others don't even compare. Quin just...he understands. He knows exactly what I need. And even if it means pushing me past limits I didn't think were possible he just knows how to get me there. Quin is a phenomenal therapist and I'm so grateful for him! The last 9 months have been one of the darkest time periods of my life and Quin has guided me and helped me understand how to pull myself out of that. He's a blessing and a Godsend!
Utah Lakes Mental Health has been awesome to work with. My children, wife and I have been doing EMDR trauma therapy with the therapists there for several years and they have been great to work with. In our experience they are invested in helping people succeed in their healing. The children's therapists have been very open to our children's needs and ways of healing.
