Dr. Blume, Dr. Jones, and their staff are amazing. All very warm and welcoming, and make your visit very comfortable. Going to the dentist is not "scary" anymore!
Dr. Jones has been our dentist for 14+ years. They have always treated us so well. Such a nice staff and facility.
I am the worlds biggest denta-phobe, but due to pain beyond putting up with any longer, I put on my big girl panties and made the call. The folks at The Smile Center were able to get me in quickly and from beginning to end I had a very pleasant experience...and relativly pain free (I wouldn't have believed it either). The result being, like it or not, The Smile Center has a patient for life. Thank you so much.
As alway the staff is expetional and they are very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
*Staff greet each customer warmly and communicate to other staff members that the customer has arrived through headphone devices. This allows efficient customer service. *All staff are amiable -- easy to be around. They will try to fulfill your needs. Dr was so patient
I've been to the smile center a few times. I first went because I was referred by a friend. My first visit was really really different from my last dentist. It just felt superior. Both the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the dentistry. I can't really put my finger on it, but I really liked it. It was more expensive than my last dentist but I felt like I could tell why. Or that the higher cost was justified because I could tell a difference from the smile center and my last dentist. I LOVE the Smile Center of Utah. I'm an old lady and have been to many dentists throughout my life and my kids' lives, and Dr Jones is the best. His staff is so nice. They spent 10 minutes today just showing my girls their new fish. Who does that? I love them!
