I had an excellent experience working with Mellisa Ballman, buying a home in Saratoga Springs, Utah. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed in helping me through the entire buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I cant recommend Melissa enough! Buying a home from another state could have been incredibly stressful, but Melissa made the entire process feel manageable. She is organized, responsive and always one step ahead. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, presented me with the options, and never made me feel pressured. Throughout the process she coordinated everything seamlessly, kept me informed, and even checked on the property for me when I couldnt be there. Having someone I trust while buying across the coun... read more

Melissa is the best real estate agent to ever exist. Made the process super easy and enjoyable.
I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Ballman when it was time to sell our family home in Sandy, Utah. Not living in Utah I needed someone on the ground to get the ball rolling. Everything was taken care of with the help and resources from Melissa and her team. I felt at ease being in the hands of true professionals. Highly recommend Utah Homes By Melissa!!
