We worked with Hollie at Utah Home Central to sell our home. We appreciated their flat fee model, but we were given everything we would have full-service realtor and more! She was extremely knowledgable, professional and guided us through the entire selling process. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help sell our house or a smoother process!

Just closed on the sale of my house today. I couldn’t be any happier with the service provided by Matt and Hollie. They are outstanding! I saved thousands of dollars by paying a flat fee to them versus a 3% seller commission. I sell a lot of homes and from now on this is the only way to go.
