Matt was so great to work with through each stage of our home selling process. He gave great advice for staging our home, prepped us on what to expect once we listed our home and did an excellent job pricing our home appropriately. When we received an offer he did a thorough job explaining the contract to us and what each section meant. He was quick to respond and helped make sure every deadline was met. The entire process went smoothly and we were so grateful for Matt's knowledge and expertise, I'd highly recommend!
