The Bountiful staff for Dr. Candles office was rude and hung up on me for asking , why is it taking 2 weeks to read a test I had taken. Dr. Canale was told of this mouthy, rude employee and nothing was done to rectify the problem. I don't go to Utah Gastroenterology because of this. I would never recommend this office
Dr. Lamendola is the best GI I've seen in 26 years, and I've seen many of them. For one, she actually listens to you, engages in helpful dialogue and helps you understand your problems and what can be done about them. She'll cut right to the chase and be very proactive if you let her. I was so distraught with the other GI's I've seen over the years and their "here, take this and see me in 6 months" approach.
