I have never had the worst customer service with Utah Gastro. I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday for my husband because he needed to be seen ASAP so they scheduled me for a Monday. A different doctor from a different company was able to get us in right away which we needed so I called back the same day left a voicemail and canceled. They never returned my call so I called back again on Friday to make sure they got it. On Monday they said we missed her appointment and charged us $50. After Dr Anderson left I totally disregarded any procedures but after getting a letter showing how long it had been since my last colonoscopy I decided to get going and then, I met Dr Alipati. What a great doctor!!!! I proceeded to have not only the colonoscopy but also an endoscopy. Now I have my wife heading to him also. Dr. A, you are the Best!!!

We didn't even get to our appointment, we called to asked some questions about the Ph monitoring procedure. We first talked to a receptionist who tried very hard to convince she knew what was going on, which she didn't. After several requests she finally connected us to Dr. Boschert's medical assistant. She talked to me very condescending, like I was a little child and should just accept what was going to happen and not ask questions.
