I gave Utah First Title a check to initiate my home warranty during closing, but they never cashed it or submitted it. Meaning I unknowingly had no coverage. When plumbing issues arose months later, I found out I was never actually insured. Even after admitting the mistake, they only covered half the cost instead of fully owning the error. Very disappointing service and lack of accountability. This is not the right way to do business.
