Our History Utah Endocrinology Associates, PLLC was founded in 2008 by Dr. Alireza Falahati who was in practice as an Endocrinologist since 2001 at St. Markâ??s Hospital. In 2009 Dr. Falahati moved the practice into his own medical building. DO NOT GO HERE. Went in to see them and it was a complete joke. They didn't give us answers to anything and then would not schedule tests with other prividers. We had to schedule these on our own with the providers then call these guys back to get the order sent. They were never prepared for the visits. We stopped going there in 2020, here we are in 2022 and all the sudden they are just getting around to sending us a **** from appointments in 2020. They are a joke. Avoid them at all costs.
