The most positive professional team you could ask for. I listed my home with Bob and Kim Richards, they not only sold my home in a timely manner, but we went through what happens in Real Estate, we had a buyer in 5 days back out, and they held my hand through my stress got it back up and had it sold with back up offers in under a month. All in all our house was on the market under 45 days.
Kim and Bob were so easy to work with. They showed their dedication and experience by getting us the most for the sale of our home as possible. They then also spent countless hours helping us find the perfect new home for our situation never letting us get discouraged.
