Both Kasaundra and Maura are amazing Doulas! It is fantastic that they work as a pair, as it allows them to be flexible and you get two heads (and skill sets) instead of just one. As a prenatal chiropractor, I have seen the benefit of moms having doulas and these two will not disappoint. I highly recommend using their services.
I'm so grateful to Kasaundra and Maura for inspiring confidence in me, it made a huge difference as I prepared and birthed my daughter. These ladies are great listeners, kind, knowledgeable and passionate!
Kasaundra was so tentative to my needs since the moment we met for a consultation. Even though I couldn't afford a doula she kept in touch with me my entire pregnancy, offered help and advice when needed and even came to the hospital when I was being induced to give me encouragement and to help me calm down. I absolutely love her and wouldn't choose anyone to help me through such a life changing event!
Maura is amazing. She is super compassionate and down-to-earth while also being very professional. She is loving and supportive and works hard to help you through pregnancy and your birth. She has a very friendly and kind disposition and is extremely easy to work with. Our last birth was successful and amazing because of Maura's help, support, and knowledge. I also love the birth story letter she wrote to our baby! That will be cherished always.
Maura is incredibly compassionate and loving. She truly bonds with you and empowers you. My first birth was traumatic and so I had a lot of anxiety about my second, but Maura worked with me to keep me calm. Through her care, I was able to have the birth experience I wanted and I was able to recognize symptoms of postpartum depression early enough to get help. She has become a great friend and an emotional support when I thought I was alone. I'm so glad that I had Maura during one of the most important experiences of my life.
I have been so lucky to be able to work with Maura. She is so inspiring, motivating, and always there to help. When I was getting started as a doula she took me under her wing. I was able to apprentice her for my very first birth as a Doula and I feel so blessed to of been able to have my first birth be with her. She has such an amazing spirit to her.
