Amazing, Friendly and professional place. From the front desk to the Nurses, Pharmacy to the Doctors and Advocates.
The women at the front desk are absolutely miserable. I came to meet my mom and sit with her while she was at treatment and upon arrival there were a couple people in line to check in so I passed them and waited away from the front desk to ask where I needed to go to get to the treatment area. The woman at the front desk looked incredibly bothered that I had a question to ask her and wasn’t using the check in system. The new check in system is an absolute joke! The entire front desk staff is standing by here laughing and having a great time telling personal stories while I use a computer to check in my grandma. God forbid they work! There is no way my grandma would be able to use this system herself if I wasn’t here. Way to put patients first.
