I don’t usually give five star reviews, but Utah Best Plumbing truly deserves it. Kyle came out to look at my plumbing issue and gave me an honest estimate for replacing my drain field. Because of how my property is laid out, with less room available, completely replacing the drain field wasn’t an easy option. Thanks to Kyle’s experience, he recommended jetting out the pipes first to see if that would solve my septic backup problem. I highly recommend Utah Best Plumbing. Our plumber, Randall, took great care with our home and made sure everything was neat and tidy. He really knew his stuff, explained everything clearly, and showed he cared about doing the job right. We had a tankless water heater put in, a Moen Flo system installed, upgraded our gas lines, and had them find a hidden water leak—which they located quickly. I’ve called on this plumbing company for lots of different jobs over the years, like installing an outdoor faucet, putting in a tankless water heater, and fixing various leaks and clogs. Every single time, I’ve been really happy with how professional, knowledgeable, and responsive they are. Utah Best Plumbing responded quickly and sent someone out right away when we found a leak under our driveway. Brantley and another plumber came to help, and even though our house in Orem was built on rocky ground and the water line was close to electrical wires, they handled the tough hand digging with skill and care.
