After a heavy rainstorm, our basement flooded because the sump pump stopped working. Thankfully, our basement is unfinished and only holds our HVAC and water heater, but we still had over a foot of water down there! This was the first time in 25 years that I had a problem with my septic system in Orem. it was a bit stressful since we couldn't use any of our plumbing, and of course, it happened on the weekend. Fantastic service! We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink, so we reached out to Utah Best Plumbing. Malachi arrived right on time, just as promised. He replaced and repaired the necessary pipes for our sink and even fixed some extra issues he found with the garbage disposal pipes, all for the same price. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The cost was fair, and his plumbing knowledge really showed. We will definitely call again for any plumbing needs in the future.
