Randall explained the problem with our water drainage in simple terms, first resetting the system and then recommending a better drain line solution. i can't say enough about the excellent service i received from Utah Best Plumbing, especially kyle. I had a late-night plumbing emergency on a Saturday with a blockage in the main sewer line, and the office answered right away. The person on the phone was friendly, helpful, and let me know a plumber would contact me soon. They were outstanding in helping us fix a damaged main sewer line in Orem. The cost was much lower than another large plumbing company, and the whole process felt honest and straightforward. a little while after a new water meter was installed in our basement, the main water shutoff stopped working right. the handle would turn, but the valve would not fully shut off the water. we called utah best plumbing, and seth came out to inspect everything. he had us get the curb shutoff located first since it was not clearly visible, and once that was done, he returned and replaced the main shutoff valve in the basement. he worked efficiently, did very solid plumbing work, and cleaned up the area when he finished. he clea... read more
