We had a leak in our main water line that was tough to find. After using an underground utility locator service, they found the leak and recommended Thomas for the repair. Thomas got back to us right away, came over, gave us an estimate, and scheduled the job quickly. The work was finished fast and the final price was actually less than the estimate. I’ve had three plumbing service visits at my home in Orem, and every experience has been excellent. The first time, Kyle came out on a cold weekend evening to replace a thermocouple on our heating system’s boiler. Jaxon is a real pro when it comes to plumbing. He always let me know when he was on his way to my house in Orem. He even put a camera down my drain for free, while other plumbers tried to charge for it. Jaxon took the time to explain exactly what was happening with my pipes and gave clear recommendations. I can't say enough good things about the plumbers who helped us out. Jaxon, his son, and nephew were quick to respond when we had a plumbing emergency and worked all day to fix the problem. They were friendly, polite, and kept everything clean. It really felt like they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
