Great experience with this dealership. They offered a fair price for the trade-in, while giving a good deal on the sale price of the car being purchased. They were low pressure and easy to work with. The car has met all expectations so far.
Overall experience would be 0 out of 10 stars if I could. I’d highly recommend GETTING A 3rd party PREBUY INSPECTION ON ANYTHING YOU ARE INTERESTED IN!! We recently made a purchase of a 2018 Wrangler with them due to it being a limited edition model that is hard to find. After having to speak to four different people just to arrange a test drive, the vehicle was dirty when we showed up as it had pet hair all over it from the original owner so we couldn’t drive it since we are all allergic to pet hair. Extremely unprofessional customer service and questionable technical knowledge. I inquired about a 2013 Audi S5 with over 110k miles, a rear collision history, and zero proof of critical 3.0T maintenance (water pump, PCV, DSG transmission service). When I made a fair cash offer accounting for the accident history and deferred maintenance, salesman Aldo got defensive, rude, and started arguing via text message.
