I recently purchased a little mini cooper from them and two weeks later it started having transmission problems and without hesitation they took they vehicle back,calmed my nerves down and fixed the issue with it. I have put off writing this review long enough. Really didn't want to, but really feel I should. I purchased a 2015 Audi Q7 from Utah Auto Exchange in February 2024. Two days after purchasing, they asked if they could come pick it up because they forgot they needed to have something done to it (I can't remember what it was). Bought a 2017 Mini Cooper S here yesterday after I had to trade in my old 2010 Mini Cooper S. Primarily worked with Carl, but Aldo went on the test drive with me and answered the questions I had during the drive. Carl and Aldo are some amazing people and they didn’t make me feel pressured at all during the process. Also met Holly and she’s so nice. The whole process was just so smooth. They stayed after their closing time so that everything could essentially be finalized! Recommend them so much! Thanks!
