Dave came out to fix our dishwasher and he was fantastic. My five year old was very much interested in what he was doing and he let her help while so patiently explaining what he was doing and having her “help”. It made my daughter’s day and mine. I highly recommend this company with such amazing customer service.
... we are so happy to have stumbled onto this company .. from the super helpful, kind receptionist when we called to repair our washing mashing .. to the two techs ( Ian and Brad) who cared to call a day before and our appointment and fit us in because they had an earlier opening and knew it’s hard for a family of all boys to be out a washing machine .. to the swift and VERY fair price to fix our water pump to finally the follow up text the next day to make sure all was well with the repair !! This was my first experience with Utah Appliance Tech and very happy with their service and prices. Techs (Jared and Brad) were punctual, friendly, and professional. Although we had to wait for about a week for the part to come in, Jared came within a couple of days to install it. Then, when we needed another part I wasn't charged for labor. I will call them again in the future. (They serviced my LG washer)
They were easy to work with. Very understandings even tho they were swamped. Brad was great. Answered my questions and was very thorough and efficient. Will definitely use them again
Our technician, Jared, was professional, courteous, and extremely competent! We had two different companies come out before Utah Appliance and our problem was not resolved. When Utah Appliance came, Jared quickly diagnosed the problem with both our dryer and refrigerator, ordered the parts, and completely fixed our problems! We will only be calling Utah Appliance for future repairs!
The tech who came to my house was very professional. He got right to work and fixed my dishwasher. Sorry I don't remember his name. No waiting for forever for him get to my house. I am in awe of this company. We will definitely be using them again.
Brad is so awesome! He helped me with my washer right when I needed help. It was so refreshing to have someone I trust help us out. I highly recommend Utah Appliance Tech! Thanks Brad!
