I have been requesting medication refills, even JUST my Rheumatoid Arthritis medication if nothing else, for two months. Still no refill. I've been out for almost two months and there is no available appointment with Rheumatology until next year (and, yes, I have one). So, I am currently in a lot of pain because my immune system is busy attacking and destroying my joints. I use UT Southwestern for all my doctors (PCP, GYN, DERMO, LABS) etc. I wanted to shine some light on one of the best doctors I've had at UT. My PCP Emily Levy is AMAZING, love her to pieces, she sees both me and my husband. Dr. Levy is very detailed and truly enjoys her job and her patients. It's exploitative to gate keep preventative healthcare (covered by insurance) to squeeze money out of everyday people just trying to get by. I was laid off this month, meaning that my insurance expired at the end of the month. I... read more

I used to come here until I got sick and they said they don't have an appointment and can't see me soon. They told me the next available appointment was like 3 months away. I'm not going to be sick in 3 months. I'm here right now with my husband. His appointment was at 3:15. He is still back there waiting to see the doctor. It's now 4:13. This is piss poor service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here unless you like to wait really long for the Dr to see you and if you want your follow up visit to be months away. I now go to MD pr... read more
