WORST. DECISION. EVER. I went in to get an IUD placed and asked about pain management. The resident said she would "ask about it". Then took me over to the procedure room and left me in there for 30 minutes. When the resident and attending doctor came in, no one said anything to me about pain management. I had the worst experience here with Dr.Valliere Today is Friday, February 13th. I am being admitted to the hospital for pancreatitis and some other things. I really just wanted to share that I stayed home over a week feeling extremely sick and in pain because my recent experience with you left me feeling jaded about health professionals and the entire system at this point. This place is fantastic. First, the front desk staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. Second, I needed a blood test done and I am fairly confident that the woman who did the test stayed after her working hours to get it done for me, although she never would have told me that! Lastly, Dr. Christian Rodriguez is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen - he pays close attention to detail to patients, and it is evident that he truly cares. I had an appointment here, and the staff was incredibly rude from the moment i walked in. The receptionist rolled her eyes when we asked questions, and the doctor spent less than five minutes diagnosing issue. Zero bedside manners and a total waste of time.
I brought my mother here for a routine checkup, and the experience was dreadful. The doctor seemed rushed and barely listened to her concerns. They ordered unnecessary tests, and the billing department later charged us for services we didn’t even receive. Completely unprofessional and frustrating.
