Terrible! Over the years, the clinic has gone down. Front desk staff are rude and unprofessional…clinic unorganized. Duplicate orders written, resident went on vacation, couldn’t get accurate answers about my labs orders, labs reordered, came back to the office just to be told I don’t need labs…. Complete nightmare. No one seems to know what is going on. Clinic is disorganized and it’s almost impossible to reach Dr. Lutchman or her nurse or for either to call back. Office staff can only take messages and “send it back as high priority” which means nothing, lol. This is a terrible place for anyone new to the area and needing a new doctor. My advice is to get an appointment with a good doctor and wait the 3 or 4 months it will take to get in as a new patient.
