Use the general entrance with the word hillcrest on it. UTSW is on the third floor and only accessible through this entrance. There are other entrances at ground level under the UTSW sign but they go to other businesses.
Decided to take better care of my health this year and decided to book an appointment with a primary care physican here after doing much research. Booking the appointment was fairly easy, even though I was not able to request the doctor I wanted because they don't update the doctor's new patient availability online.
