This has to be the worst place in terms of customer service, communication, scheduling etc that i have ever been to. This is my second appointment for a rotator cuff injury that I have waited over an 1 hour and a half past my appointment time to even see the doctor or be serviced! I'm currently waiting to be seen from a scheduled appointment time off 1245pm and it is now 3pm and my procedure has yet to start.
