I have gone twice so far and each time I was greeted by friendly staff in the front, they made me very welcome even if it was just basic procedure. The ladies taking vitals are always very nice too and sometimes that is uncommon with health clinics. And my doctor Amanda Rodriguez has always answered all my questions and makes me feel heard and makes sure I leave the clinic with all the resources I need. I recommend edinburg clinic.
Took over a month to get a prescription, was hung up on my telephone staff, nurse was rude.
Seriously, I was sick and tired of all the clinics that I had gone. I was looking for a long time, one clinic that is worth it. Today, I found it!! In short words: Fast scheduling! Fast appointments! First time there greatest experience ever ! The staff are nice, courteous, and professional. Thank you so much for your caring.
I get healthcare at UT Health from Thelma Fitzgerald and I receive nothing but the upmost best healthcare I could have ever asked for. She makes things so easy to understand, thoroughly explains what is wrong and why, spends her time with her patients especially when we need it, and overall goes above and beyond for us. I don’t know where I would be health wise without Ms. Fitzgerald or the wonderful staff at UT Health at UTRGV. Thank you so much UTRGV and UT Health systems for your exceptional care!
