Takes them 2 hours to answer the phone not acceptable
I give one star because the doctor and staff were pleasant and professional. 1 visit and got 1 bill for $75 and just got another for $68, 6 months later. Now my wife goes to a different practice and just pays a copay of $30. Was told the $75 is a facility charge and the $68 is the doctor's fee and this is in network. I did not see the physician named on the bill either. Unless you want to pay through the nose, don't go here!
I absolutely adore Dr. Amber Cook. I wish she wasn't leaving. This is the nicest and cleanest clinic I've ever visited. But I will follow her anywhere. As long as its within a 15 minute drive.
