NATALIE JOHNSON is the best. She listens and genuinely seems to care about her patients. She does not just rush you through the appointment.
My son had a yearly check up in May 2025. The office never applied our insurance. My son, still learning, paid balance they asked for. When we finally sorted out that they indeed did NOT file the claim and was assured they would file the claim and get a refund in November. It's now almost 8 months out and still no refund!
Dr. Garrido and all his nurses provide excellent care and follow-up through My Chart! Very happy with my care there!
