Thank you so much for taking such good care of my Dad. We are forever grateful for the dedication and compassion you showed to our family. We were continually impressed with every doctor, nurse, and staff we worked with throughout Dad’s treatment. Obviously his passing was not the outcome we wanted, but we rest assured knowing each of you did everything you could to save him. God just wanted him home. Your job is hard. Our special thanks goes to the entire nursing staff of ICU Unit 3WC. Sincerely thankful.
UT’s referral and scheduling system is terrible. It took me 4 months to get a procedure because of the many different departments dealing with the scheduling system. Once you finally get an appointment, care is good. It’s just the issue of getting care.
If I could, I would give them zero. I went with chest pain, dizziness, and fatigue, anf they told me I was not a priority on their list and they took care of 5 people before me even though I was there first. Please keep in mind the people after me had stomach pain, asthma, and some fever. So yeah, if you are having symptoms of a heart attack, avoid this hospital. Plus the receptionist have no sense of urgency.
They are a great place to bring your loved ones. I trust them with my family’s care.
I never leave reviews but I can’t ignore this anymore. I DO NOT recommend going anywhere under UT Health. I went to an allergy Dr in Mt. Pleasant, Tx u set them and it’s been horrible! I never saw the dr., and whoever was in his billing office I talked to was rude and condescending. My allergy testing was supposed to be covered by my insurance, but when we found out they used the wrong codes they refused to re-bill!
