Staff and care has been wonderful. Only giving 4 stars because the name is a misnomer. This was once a walk in clinic but to be seen you have to call in advance to make an appt.
I’m a graduate student at UT, currently at home with a 100+ degree fever. I tried calling to get advice but it turns out that however sick you might be you have to drive there just to ask a basic question to a nurse. Makes so much sense !! Let’s have the boy who’s on his third day of a fever haze drive to across town during a freeze to get help ! It’s 2025 but apparently you still can’t get a nurse on the phone ! Well done UT !
