Horrible wait times took them a hour and 20 Mins to call me back ......kids everywhere, the front desk staff is rude with no smiles. The nurse was pretty nice but that was the only plus smh not recommended at all
Worst place ever. Like everyone has said, do not go here. They do not listen to your needs and frankly do not care. I THINK most of them are medical students, so they are overworked and exhausted. I had to switch to them due to change in insurance. I’ve been on the same medication for over 15 years, and they wouldn’t refill my prescriptions that I’ve had for over 15 years - Entitled medical students who are misusing their “power.”
Worst place to try to get an appt set.aa This lady named Maria is supposed to be in charge and she never returns calls or answers the phone.I am still waiting to get a call back about getting my tubes tyed. hell i had my baby back in may! actually talked to a few people at the office. and they said they'd get her to call. Still no call!i actually dealt with this place for another matter. she didn't care then either.dr. Is good if the woman actually would do her Job
The lab personnel need to smile more and take lessons on being friendly!
They are never available for walk-ins. Even if & when u have any appointment you may wait 3 to 4 hours (that's literally waiting, you have NOT been seen by anyone)!! I'm having an reaction to some meds & instead of them seeing me after waiting they tell me to go to the ER & wait some more. This is unacceptable!! I'm getting more & more pissed off waiting to speak with the Office Manager. UT get it together!!!!
Slowest place I ever been too. I be having to wait 30min to an hour to get called back when I'm on time at my appointments and then be calling other people that came in before me... Then when I do get called to the back it's takes another 30-35 minutes for the doc to come back... I usually be in this clinic for a total of 3-3.5 hours at most
It's like a zoo in there! Kids running all over the place screaming and knocking things over, people blaring music or videos from their phones, tvs are all extremely loud, and people walking around having personal conversations at the top of their lungs on their cell phones. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Wait times are obsene, and doctors treat you like an inconvenience. This place is a flat out nightmare. I will NEVER return.
