Terrible service; awful staff. The staff mistakenly identified the problem, and asked the client to “thank” them for their marginal job. The parking garage was out of electricity and the bar was open when I was to exit the garage. I tried to let the machine read my permit. However, because the electricity was off and the card reader was off, it did not react. This made my permit “invalid” and I lost my privilege to reenter the garage.
