Contracted with John in April of 2021 to replace some windows. He required a deposit of $800. It is now August of 2022 (1 year and 4 months) and he has neither done any work or returned the deposit. I was told about some of his hardships, but now it has been over a year and he is making no effort to return our money. I would not recommend using this company.
John came out and looked at the window to be replaced and asked for 50% down 3 months later no window no refund do not hire these guys
John and his colleagues installed frosted privacy tint on our bathroom windows. Removed a bathroom mirror, and transformed a 4x8 wall mirror into two stand up mirrors and a new vanity mirror for us. The communication, work and timeliness was all spot on. Thanks John!
Approximately one year ago, we gave John a 50% down deposit to replace and tint several windows in our house. He has not done any of the work and gave many excuses for many months about why he could not do the work. Now, he does not contact us at all. He has lied repeatedly to us and has violated the contract that was created when we gave him the deposit. I do not recommend him in any way. I recommend that you check his BBB rating and public court history before hiring him.
I contacted them to help replace a mirror on my dresser drawer. It too a while for him to come out and take measurements and he said would get back to me. I had to contact him several time before he finally told me he couldn't do it. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I was finally able to fine the mirror online myself.
