Great facility! It’s so much better, cleaner and brighter from the old Four Seasons days. Plus you get scoring and serve speed. Excellent upgrade.
Unprofessional administrative negligence and failure to honor their own written policy directives. Our family traveled 24 hours round-trip from Minnesota to Michigan for a USTA-sanctioned Level 4 junior tournament, paying a $140 entry fee under a guaranteed 4-match format. Because USTA Midwest failed to properly secure or verify indoor backup court availability, the tournament structure completely collapsed at the first sign of rain, and the promised format was unilaterally canceled.
