My back door still leaks when it rains. The newest door in the house leaks. We had our back patio enclosed and after multiple fixes to make it stop leaking under the walls, the door itself still leaks. It's really hard to be happy with the rest of it when we spent over $40k with this company and our back door leaks.
This is absolutely the best roofing company I have ever worked with for a new roof, guttering, fence, repairing my metal building in my backyard and the exterior paint. This was after a major hail storm hit our neighborhood in October. The Sales Manager Todd Hawkins explained every detail that was needed, worked with my insurance, gave me several choices on multiple colors and a complete breakdown on a cost estimate. After recent tornado Randy, Todd, and crew came out quickly to assess the damage and begin repairs. What a great bunch of guys. Randy kept us informed every step of the way. Helped deal with our insurance adjuster and had his crews here to repair when and as promised. Work quality as promised too. Impressed with his operation on all fronts. Has our business from now on and highly recommend to anyone needing a construction specialist.
Randy & Todd did a great job with our roof. They were fast and efficient. Their team completed our re-roof in less than 8 hours and did an amazing clean up job with nothing left behind. They even tarped my pool! Great customer service! Highly recommend.
