The company as a whole is absolutely horrible/ horrific - nightmarish.
I would give this 1 star, but I do actually like the PAs and nurses. Notice, I didn’t say doctors, BECAUSE I’VE NEVER SEEN ONE. You could schedule a year out and still not see your actual doctor. The administration is truly terrible. They deserve 1 star. Once I needed to be seen quickly, and they scheduled me for 4pm, but told me to come in as soon as I could. I have been coming to this office for many many years and I only had 1 schedule issue that was resolved. This office is great! Dr. Joseph is great! I don't know what the problem is with all the 1 star people, but maybe it's you or your attitude. A doctor office can get really busy at times, just give them a break and be patient. You just might have a much better experience.

Love dr olivo. If I have a problem other drs or nurse practitioners can't fix i go to her. I just called to make one such appt and the wait was about 3 weeks. Not too bad. I've seen it be like 3 months roughly. Also, I only had to wait on the phone 5min
