The doctors are great, but office staff are not. If you need prescriptions, do NOT come to this clinic. I have to call every month because the prescription request from the pharmacy is ignored. I love my doctor and hate the idea of searching for a new one. If you are looking for a new doctor, please do not come to this clinic; you will regret it down the road when you have to start the process all over again because of the unprofessional staff.
While I love my provider at USMD, their billing is well below subpar. I always ensure I have zero balance prior to leaving the clinic and if a bill is due, I pay it. Last month I received a bill from them for service provided in 2023. I find this very strange as once again, I always make payment prior to leaving. Also was a bill for my yearly physical which is included with zero co pay on insurance. Another odd issue. I contacted billing and was told they would look into both issues and get back to me. Note I made a needed correction I want to keep Dr Valvatory and Buchanan, my problem is with the clinic only and the practitioner. .My long time doctor retired ,Valvayori and Buchanan are new Doctors to me and I am impressed with these guy's both are quick study sharp as a tac all business , this is what I'm looking for in a Doctor to start a life long Doctor patient relationship with.
