Not so good after the move, high office staff turnover, increased prices, debt collection, et al. I'm sure they are better to their older insurance holding clients. What a prefect example of good a doctor kneecapped by big practice.
They do not return calls. My husband waited days and has never received return call in over a month. My father who is been patient for over 2 years, can’t get call back to find out if he should do regeneron treatment as he tested positive for Covid.
We visited US MD Plano with Dr Marium Siddiqi MD on 6 December 2021 for my daughter's wrist pain from a possible repetitive use injury. The doctor ordered an MRI and directed us to Medical City Plano Radiology. We were told that they will contact us for scheduling. No calls were received for a week and then I started calling both the above said radiology dept as well as the doctor's office. (updates at the end of post) I'm seeing a young doctor who unfortunately is part of a group that shows ineptitude at every juncture, but specifically with the Nextgen portal that their office uses. The staff has been non-responsive to my open tickets meant to highlight correspondences not going through and as such not making it to the doctor. Have been a patient of this practice for 25 years. Several of the original doctors have retired. Have still been pleased with staff. However, NO ONE has been answering the phones for over a week. Recordings either say that all circuits are busy, or that the voice mailbox is full. There is no response from emails and voicemails to corporate office. The office is not responding to my pharmacy for drug refills..
