Not a good experience. I felt rushed after waiting at least 45 minutes. l was not fully explained everything in detail about my condition. No proper hand washing before exam only a bit of hand sanitizer. Exams without gloves. Unsuccessful at folding eyelid up which caused eyelash loss & was dismissed like nothing had happened until I complained. Left the room at the end without muttering a good bye..take care..nothing! I saw Dr. Joly 2 weeks ago for external levator advancement and browplexy. Dr. Joly did a wonderful job on my surgery. Dr. Joly explained the procedure to me in detail and answered all of my questions in advance. He appeared to be teaching the assistant during the surgery. As a nurse myself, I feel he was very patient and respectful to his employees during my surgery, which you don’t see a lot with surgeons. Thank you! Would highly recommend Dr. Joly !

Excellent care. Great staff. Dr. Abugo is awesome. Sorry she is moving from this area. Office is clean, current on procedures, equipment, knowledge. Highly pleased & recommended.
